Tony Boselli returns to Westwood One in 2015 as an analyst for select Thursday Night Football broadcasts. Boselli served as a color analyst for the network’s broadcast of Sunday Afternoon NFL games from 2010-2012, before taking his current job as lead analyst for the Jacksonville Jaguars Radio Network. Since the 2013 season, Boselli has appeared on Westwood One as a sideline reporter for select broadcasts.
Boselli began his national broadcasting career in 2007, working as a game analyst for the NFL on FOX. In 2009, he joined Westwood One where he worked as a part-time analyst for both NFL and college football.
The first player ever drafted by the Jaguars, Boselli was chosen #2 overall in the 1995 NFL Draft. After six seasons with the Jaguars, which included five Pro Bowls, three All-Pro teams and two trips to AFC Championship Game, injuries forced him to retire in 2006. Selected as a member of the 1990s NFL All-Decade Team, Boselli was the first inductee into the Jaguars ring of honor, and received the prestigious Ed Block Courage Award in 2000. Boselli is a 1994 graduate of USC where he was a 3-time All-American and winner of the 1994 Morris Trophy, given annually to the top offensive lineman in the Pac 10.
