Pac-12 Women’s Championship Highlights: Stanford 51 – UCLA 49

Tara VanDerveerSEATTLE – For the seventh straight season, Stanford are the champions of the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament — but it wasn’t easy.

The Cardinal raced to an 11-0 lead early but trailed late in the second half before fighting from behind to defeat UCLA 51-49 on Sunday night at Seattle’s Key Arena.

Amber Orrange led all scores with 20 points in the victor, including the go-ahead layup with just 8.3 seconds remaining in the second half.

Dick Fain and Krista Blunk called the action on Dial Global Sports.
