Super Bowl Interview: Taste of the NFL’s Wayne Kostroski


Taste of the NFLOh sure, the Westwood One crew in New Orleans is busy. But too busy to sample some of the city’s world famous cuisine? Hardly. Just ask James “Bread Pudding” Lofton.

As it is at Super Bowl parties all over the country, food is king in the Super Bowl host city – and one of the great eating events each year for the past 22 Super Bowls is Taste of the NFL’s annual “Party with a Purpose,” with proceeds benefiting food banks in every NFL city.

Our Scott Graham had a chance to speak with Wayne Kostroski, the founder of the Taste of the NFL, which has distributed more than $14 million to local and national food banks across America.
