OAKLAND – San Diego couldn’t get it into the end zone more than once, but thanks to five Nate Kaeding field goals and a solid defensive effort, the Chargers defeated Oakland 22-14 on Monday Night Football.

Philip Rivers was 24-33 for 231 yards and a TD in the victory. Darren McFadden had a big game for Oakland in defeat, catching 13 passes for 86 yards and carrying the ball 15 times for another 32.
