PGA Championship Round Two: Tiger, Vijay and Pettersson share the lead

08/10/2012

KIAWAH ISLAND, SC — With high winds throughout the day, The Ocean Course struck back on day two at the PGA Championship. Only a single round in the 60s was recorded – a 69 by Vijay Singh.

Singh is now -4 for the tournament and tied with Tiger Woods and Carl Pettersson atop the leaderboard. Woods shot a one-under 71, but missed out on a chance to end the night with the second-round lead by three-putting for bogey on 18. Pettersson backed up his first-round 66 with a 74.
