Interview: ACC Commissioner John Swofford

08/30/2012

College football is back! The 2012 season gets underway tonight and continues throughout the weekend, with even Sunday and Monday contests to look forward to.

Along the Dial Global Radio Network, we’ll have two games for you: Auburn versus Clemson from Atlanta on Saturday night at 6:30 Eastern and an ACC showdown in Blacksburg on Monday night as Virginia Tech hosts Georgia Tech.

With three teams out of the Atlantic Coast Conference gracing our schedule in Week One, our Jason Horowitz spoke with conference commissioner John Swofford about the state of the league, adding Syracuse and Pittsburgh for 2013 and the new four-team college football playoff system.
