Full Interview: Notre Dame Head Coach Muffet McGraw

04/03/2012

DENVER, CO – Some would argue that supplanting Connecticut as the dominant women’s basketball program in the Big East is just as a valuable as a national championship would be.

But you’ll have a very difficult time convincing Notre Dame head coach Muffet McGraw of that.  She won’t be satisfied until the Fighting Irish are the undisputed best team in the land.

Winners of the national championship in 2001, and runners-up last season, Notre Dame will once again look to scale the mountain as they face the daunting task of taking down 39-0 Baylor.

Krista Blunk caught up with Coach McGraw ahead of Tuesday night’s national championship game.
