Sun Belt Championship Highlights: Western Kentucky 74 – North Texas 70

HOT SPRINGS, AR – Teeng Akoi had 23 points and 4 blocks as Western Kentucky won the Sun Belt Conference championship over North Texas 74-70.

The Hilltoppers finished just 15-18 and changed head coaches in mid-season, but they’ll be heading back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009 after winning four games in four days.

Brad Sham and Bill Frieder called the action on the Westwood One Radio Network.
