MEMPHIS, TN – Joe Jackson’s 19 points paced five Tigers scoring in double figures as Memphis captured the Conference USA Tournament championship with an 83-57 win over Marshall.
Memphis (26-8) also received 18 points and 13 rebounds from Will Barton en route to winning their sixth conference tournament. Marshall (21-13) was led by DeAndre Kane’s 16 points in the loss.
