Super Bowl XLVI Recap: Giants 21 – Patriots 17

INDIANAPOLIS – Stop us if you’ve heard this story before. The New York Giants came from behind to defeat the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl.

For the second time in four years Eli Manning bested Tom Brady as the Giants won 21-17 in Super Bowl XLVI.

The game started with New York scoring the first nine points, the the Patriots scored 17 unanswered. After that, it was the Giants who scored 12 straight to win the game.

Eli Manning was named the Super Bowl MVP for the second time.

Kevin Harlan and Boomer Esiason called the action along the Westwood One Radio Network.
